I did not like. Although the only employee of the hotel that I saw (receptionist and breakfast organizer) was nice, the hotel was extremely expensive for what it offered.

I did not like. The hotel was very over priced. Very old installations, not pretty. The internet did not work.

favourable and incredible location to karmeliterklostret. exceptionally comfortable bed, clean bathroom and central heating, multi-channel television, and coffee/tea makers in the room.

The location proved to be excellent, with easy access to local attractions. While the room had a nice setup, it was quite cramped and the low ceiling didn't help. The breakfast options were limited, lacking variety, disappointing, especially when other guests have mentioned great breakfast experiences. The staff was helpful was good.

Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, close to everything i Helsingoer.

Hopefully the handles of the shower on floor 3 will be mended or replaced when I return the next time. Have stayed at the hotel twice within a month - the shower looks the same.

I really enjoyed lovely breakfast, magnificent views.

The food was outstanding with a good choice of choice! Location: the hotel was close to the castle, the train station and the docks where the ferries are, and railway station. I tried some drinks at bar Borgerkroen, located 5 minutes walk away.

Really good location, Unique views of Kronborg Castle, Historical charm

Noise levels from the street disrupted sleep!!! Bathrooms felt cramped and uncomfortable!!! The hotel's facilities seemed outdated and in need of an upgrade!!! Poor water drainage in showers needs attention!!!

The hotel is fairly clean, has views on the castle. All of the property's staff are very friendly and easygoing. The hotel is on an ideal location near a very good restaurant as well as Elsinore castle and historic shopping streets. There is Tower Brasserie & Cafe nearby for a cup of coffee. When I am in Helsingor, I like staying here😃
